These foods all are well known to provide enormous health benefits to everybody. Ever since I started eating sushi in my life, I feel much better and healthier. My varicose veins have gone away, and I feel much more attractive and shiny. The word I most commonly use to describe my appearance these days is radiant, because I feel like I am bursting with energy and health from the sun thanks to the fact that I eat sushi at least 3 times a week. Every time after I have a meal of sushi, even if it is a very small meal by calorie standards, I feel completely filled and satisfied. I understand how the people in Japan stay so thin! The reason is that if they eat sushi at every meal, they are filled with nutritious phytol chemicals while eating very few calories, which is a proven method to lose weight and boost your health and well-being.

The health benefits of fish are also quite amazing, although I would stay away from fish if you do not live by a coast. You can still eat tofu sushi which I find quite healthful and fulfilling as well. In any case, fish is just about the healthiest type of meat that is out there, because it is low in harmful compounds and contains high levels of omega 3 fatty acids, which have a protective effect on your heart systems and promote the ability for your body to synthesize compounds that you need, such as your body’s natural hormones and prostaglandins.

My dear wife was having some serious issues with her joints. They were always cracking and popping and she was twisting and straining them very frequently as well as pulling muscles. I recommended that she start with me on the amazing sushi diet that I have been following, and ever since she joined with me in following this diet, she has felt much better and has been able to get in much better shape. We even went hiking a couple weekends ago, which is something we had not been able to do for three or four years. We both feel great now. Of course, we remembered to bring our sushi with us when we went hiking! We brought along a tasty little meal in a refrigerated pouch. I don’t know how that tiny amount of food did it, but it really powered us through a long day of hiking up and down hillsides. I really wish I had started eating sushi every day when I was younger, I am sure that I would be in better health now.
